ACTIVITIES DURING 2020.
We are immensely grateful to God that during this time of pandemic He has kept us healthy in the camp, and in gratitude we have had two weeks of prayer with friends and neighbors of our camp, here are some activities that have been developed throughout the year 2020
We have begun with the cleaning of what will be an ecological trail in the camp which will be of great benefit to our friends in the community as well as to the patients who visit the sanatorium Manos Ayudadoras, we are very happy with this project.
We thank God immensely that during this time of pandemic He has kept us healthy in the camp, and in gratitude we had two weeks of prayer with friends and neighbors of our camp. We are thankful that we have also been able to harvest peanuts, sesame, beans and pumpkins.
In spite of the restrictions due to the coronavirus, the Holy Spirit continues to work in many hearts, and thanks to God in the midst of this time of trials there are still many souls who want to give their lives to Jesus, we have had several baptisms in our camp, we have also been able to share with the children of the orphanage some food.
We have also been able to share with friends the book Camino a Cristo and the patients of the sanatorium Manos Ayudadoras have been blessed by receiving this material.
Thank God for the children we have in the ministry, and as always we cannot stop celebrating and thanking God for giving them another year of life.
It has been a very blessed year at the Helping Hands Sanatorium, with many patients, some births and many surgeries thanks to God. We also thank God for the dentistry area which has been a great blessing, as we are able to reach many people who do not have the necessary resources to receive dental treatment. We continue working in the community of Los Limones, this time we visited taking clothes, shoes, toys.
In the month of September we continue to celebrate the birthdays of the little ones in the ministry. We had the opportunity to celebrate Children's Day with the children of the AHICA Orphanage, where we had several activities, among them, climbing the mountain of prayer to be able to dedicate the life of each one of the children that form the AHICAM home.
After celebrations, now the children returned to be able to take firewood for the kitchen of the home, since a portion of land was cleaned to be able to sow and thanks to God we were able to obtain enough firewood to share. We had the opportunity this month to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Elden Lopez, who has given his life in the service of this ministry, as well as the birthday of Dr. Kelly Garcia who serves as General Physician at the Sanatorium Manos Ayudadoras.
We thank God for the land that He gives us, this month we made an inventory of the trees that we have in the forest, and thanks to the fact that we have planted every year, we can still choose to use the forest every year.
